Closing Your Account

If you no longer want to use your Gondol account, you may request account closure. Before closing your account, make sure you have checked any active orders, open refund requests, complaints or support conversations. Closing an account does not automatically cancel active orders or remove responsibilities connected to previous orders. After an account closure request, your account access may be deactivated or restricted. However, some information may still need to be kept for legal, tax, payment, refund, complaint, fraud prevention or security reasons. This can include order history, payment records, invoice details, support messages and delivery information connected to completed or disputed orders. Gondol may delete, anonymise, restrict or archive information depending on the type of data and the reason it must be kept. If you want to close your account, contact Gondol support from your account area or help section. We will guide you through the next step.
