How We Use Recipient Information

When you send flowers through Gondol, you may provide information about the recipient. This can include the recipient’s name, phone number, delivery address and delivery notes. These details are needed so the florist can prepare the order and complete the delivery correctly. The recipient may not have a Gondol account. In that case, their information is still used only for the purpose of handling the order, delivering the flowers, contacting them about delivery if needed and resolving order related issues. The recipient phone number may be used by the florist or delivery person if they need help finding the address, entering the building, confirming availability or completing the delivery. Please only enter recipient information that is necessary for the order. Avoid adding private or sensitive details in delivery notes unless they are truly needed for delivery. Gondol and the florist use recipient information in connection with the order. It should not be used by the florist for unrelated marketing, direct sales or personal contact outside the delivery process.
