Gondol may allow you to choose whether you want to receive marketing communications.
Marketing communications can include emails, push notifications or SMS messages about campaigns, promotions, product news, seasonal flower inspiration or other optional updates. These messages are only sent where you have agreed to receive them or where they are otherwise permitted.
You can manage marketing communication preferences from your account settings under Notification Preferences. Depending on the options available, you may be able to turn marketing emails, marketing push notifications or marketing SMS messages on or off.
If a marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, you can also use that link to stop receiving marketing emails.
Order related messages are different from marketing communications. Transactional emails, such as order confirmations, password reset emails and important account or order updates, may still be sent because they are needed to provide the service. Some transactional push notifications may also be required for account and order functionality. SMS order updates may be managed separately where this option is available.
Cookie and tracking preferences can be managed from your account settings under Privacy, where you can review optional cookie categories such as functional, analytics and marketing cookies. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled because they are required for core site functions.
If you believe you are receiving marketing messages by mistake, first check the unsubscribe link in the message if available, then review your account settings under Notification Preferences and Privacy. If you still need help, contact Gondol support.
