Your account security is important. Use a strong password that you do not use on other websites. Avoid sharing your password with anyone, including friends, family members or people claiming to help with an order. If you think someone else may have access to your account, change your password as soon as possible. You should also check your recent orders, saved addresses and account details. Gondol support will never ask you to share your full password. If you receive a suspicious message asking for your login details, do not reply and do not click unknown links. Make sure the email address connected to your account is active and secure. Important order updates, account information and support messages may be sent there. If you notice unusual activity, unknown orders or changes you did not make, contact Gondol support so the situation can be reviewed.
