Saved addresses can make future orders faster and easier. If you often send flowers to the same person, office, family member or friend, saving delivery details helps you avoid entering the same information again. A saved address may include the recipient name, delivery address, phone number and helpful delivery notes such as apartment number, floor, entrance code, reception information or company name. Before using a saved address, always check that the details are still correct. People may move, phone numbers may change and offices may update their reception or access rules. Recipient details are used to process and deliver the order. The recipient phone number may help the florist or delivery person contact the recipient if there is a delivery issue, access problem or address question. If you no longer need a saved address, you can remove or update it from your account area when this option is available.
