Delivery on Gondol depends on the address you choose for the recipient. Gondol works with selected local florists, and each florist has their own delivery area. A florist may deliver to one neighbourhood, street or district, but not to another location. This is why entering the delivery address is one of the first and most important steps. After you enter the address, Gondol shows products and delivery options that are available for that location. Availability may depend on the florist’s working hours, delivery range, daily order capacity, preparation time and selected delivery date. If you cannot see delivery options for a specific address, it may mean that no florist is currently available for that area, the selected florist does not deliver there, the date is closed or the daily limit has already been reached. For the best experience, enter the full delivery address before browsing products. This helps Gondol show realistic flowers, dates and delivery time slots for the person you want to surprise.
