After the flowers are delivered, the order can be marked as completed.
Delivery confirmation helps show that the florist or delivery person has completed the order. Depending on the delivery process, the status may be updated after the product is handed to the recipient, reception, security desk, colleague or another authorised person.
In some cases, delivery confirmation may include basic delivery information such as delivery time, delivery status or a note from the delivery person. The exact details may depend on the florist and the delivery process.
If the flowers were delivered to a workplace, hotel, hospital or reception desk, the recipient may receive them indirectly. This can still count as completed delivery if the flowers were handed over according to the delivery instructions and local rules of the location.
If the order status says completed but the recipient has not received the flowers, first check whether the flowers were left with reception, security, a colleague or another authorised person at the address.
