The delivery is prepared and carried out by the florist or the florist’s delivery team according to their own accepted delivery conditions. If a florist offers a specific guaranteed delivery time or special delivery commitment, that commitment is the responsibility of the florist who provides and accepts it. In normal situations, the florist will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the selected delivery period.
