Wrong or Incomplete Delivery Address

A complete and correct delivery address is very important for every Gondol order. Before placing your order, check the recipient’s street, building number, apartment number, city, postal code and any access details. If the delivery is going to an office, hotel, hospital or reception, include the company name, room, department or reception instructions if needed. If you notice a mistake after placing the order, contact Gondol support as soon as possible. After the florist accepts the order, address changes may become limited. A new address may be outside the florist’s delivery area, may require a different time slot or may not be possible for the same order. If delivery fails because the address is wrong, incomplete or inaccessible, the florist may not be able to complete the order as planned. Since fresh flowers may already have been prepared, refund options can be limited depending on the situation. To avoid problems, always review the full delivery address and recipient phone number before confirming payment.
