How to Leave a Review

After your order is marked as delivered, you can leave a review about your experience. Gondol sends a post-delivery email with a review link. You can leave your review through this email, from the delivered order’s details page in your account, or from the "My Reviews" section, where you can see delivered orders that are ready to be reviewed. A review can include a star rating and a short comment. Your feedback helps other customers choose flowers with more confidence and helps florists understand the customer experience better. Please keep your review honest, respectful and related to the order. Do not include private information such as phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, full names of other people or personal contact details. Reviews are checked before they are shown publicly.
