Reporting Inappropriate or Fake Reviews

Gondol wants reviews to be useful, honest and respectful. If you see a review that appears fake, abusive, spammy, misleading, unrelated to an order or includes private information, you can contact Gondol support. When reporting a review, include enough information to help us identify it, such as the product, florist, review date, the reviewer name shown with the review or the masked reviewer display if the reviewer chose to hide their name. You can also include a screenshot if needed. Gondol may review the reported content and decide whether it follows the review rules. A review is not removed only because it is negative. Honest criticism can remain visible if it is respectful, relevant and based on a real order experience. Reviews that include abuse, threats, personal data, spam, false claims, misleading content or unrelated promotional content may be rejected or removed.
