Reviews and support requests have different purposes. A review is a way to share your experience with other customers and help florists understand customer feedback. A support request is the right place to ask for direct help with an order. This includes refund requests, damaged flowers, missing items, wrong products, delivery problems, invoice issues or payment questions. If something went wrong with your order, please contact Gondol support from the order page. This helps us review the order details, check the situation with the florist if needed and guide you through the next step. You can still leave an honest review about your experience after delivery. However, writing a review alone may not start a refund, complaint or support process. For urgent or order specific problems, always use the support option connected to your order.
