What to Include in a Review

A good review helps other customers understand what to expect before placing an order. You can write about the flowers, freshness, arrangement, packaging, delivery experience and whether the product matched the occasion. If the order was a gift, you can also mention how the recipient reacted. Try to keep your review clear and related to the order. Helpful reviews usually explain what went well or what could have been better. You can include your honest opinion, including criticism, as long as it is respectful and based on your real experience. Do not include private information such as phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, full names of other people, payment details or personal messages from the recipient. If there was a serious issue with the order, you can mention your experience in the review, but you should also contact Gondol support if you need a refund, replacement or direct help.
