Why Is My Review Pending Moderation?

All reviews on Gondol are checked before they are shown publicly. This review process helps keep Gondol reviews useful, respectful and safe for everyone. It is not designed to remove honest criticism. It is used to make sure reviews follow basic content, safety and privacy rules. During moderation, Gondol either approves or rejects the review. If a review is rejected, it will not be published and cannot be edited, corrected or submitted again for the same order. A review may be rejected if it includes personal data, offensive language, threats, spam, repeated copied text, unrelated content, false information, or attempts to promote competing services or sales outside Gondol. Please do not include phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, private names of unrelated people or other personal details in your review. Reviews should focus on the order experience, product, delivery and service.
