If you notice a mistake after placing an order, it is best to contact Gondol support as soon as possible. Some order details may be changed before the florist accepts the order. This can include small corrections to the recipient name, phone number, delivery address, apartment number, delivery note or selected time slot. After the florist accepts the order, changes may become limited. This is because fresh flowers are prepared for a specific recipient, address, date and delivery plan. If preparation has already started, the florist may not be able to update the order safely. Address changes are especially important. A new address may be outside the florist’s delivery area or may require a different delivery time. In that case, Gondol support will check what is possible based on the order status and florist availability. If you need to change a gift message or add delivery instructions, please contact support before the delivery process begins. Small notes are usually easier to update than changes to the product, address or delivery time. To avoid problems, always review the product, recipient details, address, delivery date, time slot and payment information before confirming your order.
