Placing an order on Gondol starts with choosing where the flowers should be delivered. Once you enter the delivery address, Gondol shows products that are available for that area. You can browse bouquets, flower boxes, plants and selected gifts from local florists. Product availability may depend on the delivery address, selected date, time slot and the florist’s daily capacity. After choosing a product, open the product page and check the details carefully. You can review the product description, price, available delivery options and any important notes before adding it to your cart. During checkout, enter the recipient’s name, phone number and delivery address. You can also add delivery notes, apartment details or a short message for the recipient if needed. Before confirming the order, review the product, delivery date, time slot, recipient details and payment information. Once the order is placed, the florist receives the request and starts reviewing it. When the florist accepts the order, the preparation process begins. You can follow the order status from your Gondol account and contact support if you need help.
