Order Statuses Explained

Order statuses help you follow what is happening after you place an order on Gondol.
After checkout, your order may first wait for payment confirmation. If the payment is successful, the order details are sent to the selected local florist for review.
When the florist receives the order, they check the product, delivery address, selected date, time slot and any delivery notes. At this stage, the order may be waiting for florist confirmation.
Once the florist accepts the order, preparation begins. This means the florist has confirmed that the product can be prepared and delivered according to the order details.
When the product is ready and the delivery process starts, the order may move to an active delivery status. This means the flowers are being handled for delivery to the recipient.
After successful delivery, the order is marked as completed. You can then view the order in your order history.
If an order is cancelled, rejected, unpaid or cannot be completed, the status will show the issue. In that case, Gondol will guide you through the next step, such as checking payment, waiting for a refund process or contacting support.
