You can track your order from your Gondol account after the order is placed. Order tracking helps you understand what stage your flower delivery is in. You may see updates when the payment is confirmed, when the florist reviews the order, when preparation begins, when the product is ready for delivery and when the order is completed. Because Gondol works with local florists, some updates may depend on the florist’s workflow and delivery process. The florist prepares the product according to the selected date, time slot and order details. If your order is for a special moment, such as a birthday, anniversary, office surprise or important celebration, we recommend checking the order page before the selected delivery time. This helps you stay informed without needing to contact the florist directly. If something looks unclear, or if your order status does not update as expected, you can contact Gondol support through the help section or from your order page. Tracking is designed to give you peace of mind while your flowers are being prepared and delivered with care.
