What Happens After You Place an Order

After you place an order on Gondol, the order details are sent to the local florist selected for your delivery area. The florist reviews the order, checks the product, delivery address, selected date, time slot and any notes you added during checkout. This step helps make sure the order can be prepared and delivered properly. Once the florist accepts the order, preparation begins. Your bouquet, flower box or selected product is prepared with care according to the product details and the florist’s daily workflow. When the order is ready, the florist or delivery team arranges the delivery based on the selected date, time slot and recipient information. If you added delivery notes, such as apartment details or entrance instructions, they are used to help complete the delivery smoothly. You can follow the order status from your Gondol account. Status updates help you understand whether your order is being reviewed, accepted, prepared, out for delivery or completed. If the florist cannot accept the order, or if there is an issue with delivery or payment, Gondol will guide you through the next step according to the order situation.
