If you notice a mistake in your invoice details, contact Gondol support as soon as possible.
Invoice details are usually taken from the information you provide during checkout. This may include company name, tax number, billing address and other billing information.
If the invoice has not yet been issued, it may be possible to correct the details before the seller prepares the invoice. The sooner you contact support, the easier it is to check what can be updated.
If the invoice has already been issued, changes may be limited. In some cases, a correction document or another formal process may be required. This depends on the seller, invoice type and applicable rules.
For business orders, always check invoice details before confirming payment. A small mistake in the tax number, company name or billing address may cause delays or require additional correction steps later.
