If you need an invoice for your order, add the correct invoice details during checkout.
Because Gondol is a marketplace, the invoice may be issued by the seller responsible for the product, unless the product is clearly sold directly by Gondol. The seller is responsible for issuing the invoice according to the order and applicable rules.
Invoice details may include company name, tax number, billing address and any other information required for the invoice. Please check these details carefully before placing the order.
Once an order is placed, changing invoice details may not always be possible. If the invoice has already been issued, corrections may depend on the seller, legal requirements and the type of change requested.
For business orders, make sure the invoice information is complete before confirming payment. This is especially important if the flowers are being sent to an office, client, partner or company event.
