Payment Failed or Was Declined

If your payment fails or is declined, your order may not be completed. This can happen for several reasons. Your bank may decline the transaction, the payment authentication may fail, the payment page may time out, the card details may be incorrect, or the selected payment method may not be available at that moment. First, check whether the payment amount was taken from your bank account. If no payment was taken, you can usually return to checkout and try again with the same or another available payment method. If the amount appears to have been taken but the order still does not look confirmed, wait a short time and check the order page again. Some payment confirmations may take longer to appear. Do not place the same order repeatedly if you are unsure whether the payment was completed. This may create duplicate payment attempts or duplicate orders. If the problem continues, contact Gondol support and include the order information, payment method and the approximate time of the transaction. This helps us check the situation more quickly.
