Payment Statuses Explained

Payment statuses help you understand what is happening with your transaction.
A successful payment means the payment provider has confirmed the transaction. After this, the order can be sent to the florist for review.
A pending payment means the payment provider has not yet sent final confirmation. This may happen when a bank, payment method or payment provider needs more time to process the transaction.
A failed payment means the transaction could not be completed. This may happen because of incorrect payment details, bank refusal, insufficient funds, authentication problems, browser issues or a timeout during the payment process.
A cancelled payment means the payment process was stopped before completion. This can happen if you close the payment page, go back during checkout or cancel the transaction yourself.
A refunded payment means that a refund has been started or completed according to the order situation. Refund timing may depend on the payment method, bank and payment provider.
