If a refund is approved for your order, the money is returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refunds are usually processed through the same payment provider that handled the original transaction. Gondol cannot change the refund destination to a different card, bank account or payment method.
Refund timing may vary depending on the payment method, bank and payment provider. Some refunds appear quickly, while others may take longer to show in your account.
If your order was cancelled before the florist accepted it, the refund process may be simpler. If the florist had already accepted the order and preparation started, refund eligibility depends on the order situation, product condition and applicable cancellation or complaint rules.
For fresh flowers and individually prepared products, refunds after florist acceptance may be limited unless there is a problem with the order, delivery or product quality.
If you believe you should receive a refund but do not see it yet, check your order status first. If needed, contact Gondol support so we can review the payment and order situation.
