When you place an order on Gondol, payment is made during checkout.
After the payment is completed, the order details are sent to the selected local florist for review. The florist checks whether the product can be prepared and delivered according to the selected address, date, time slot and order details.
This means that payment confirmation and florist acceptance are two separate steps. A payment may be successful first, and then the florist reviews the order.
If the florist accepts the order, preparation begins. From that moment, the product is usually prepared specifically for the selected recipient, delivery address and delivery time.
If the florist cannot accept the order, Gondol will guide you through the next step. Depending on the order situation, this may include cancellation and a refund process.
Before confirming payment, always check the product, recipient details, delivery address, date, time slot and contact information carefully. This helps avoid mistakes after the order has already been sent for florist review.
