After the Florist Accepts Your Order

Once the florist accepts your order, preparation may begin. Fresh flowers, bouquets, flower boxes and many floral arrangements are time sensitive and often prepared individually for a specific recipient, address, date and delivery plan. For this reason, after the florist accepts the order and preparation starts, cancellation for change of mind may not be available or may be limited. This does not affect your rights if there is a real problem with the order. If the product is damaged, significantly different from what was ordered, incomplete, delivered incorrectly or not delivered due to a seller related issue, you can contact Gondol support and request a review. Each situation is checked based on the order status, product type, florist acceptance, preparation stage, delivery information and any evidence provided. If you are unsure whether your order can still be cancelled, contact Gondol support as early as possible from the order page.
