Cancelling Before Florist Acceptance

After you place an order on Gondol, the selected florist reviews the order before accepting it. If you want to cancel the order, the best time to do this is before the florist accepts it. At this stage, the florist has usually not started preparing the flowers yet. If cancellation is available on your order page, you can follow the steps shown there. If you do not see a cancellation option, contact Gondol support as soon as possible. Once the florist accepts the order, cancellation may become limited because the product may be prepared specifically for the selected recipient, address, date and time slot. If your order is cancelled before florist acceptance, the refund process will usually be started according to the payment method used during checkout. To avoid last minute issues, always check the product, delivery address, recipient details, date and time slot carefully before confirming payment.
