Damaged, Wrong or Incomplete Order

If something is wrong with your order, please report it as soon as possible. This may include flowers that arrive damaged, a product that is clearly different from what was ordered, missing items, missing gift notes or an incomplete arrangement. Because fresh flowers can change condition quickly, it is important to contact Gondol support shortly after delivery. The sooner you report the issue, the easier it is to review what happened. When contacting support, include your order details, a short description of the problem and clear photos of the product, packaging and any damaged or missing parts. Gondol will review the information and may contact the florist to understand the situation. Depending on the case, possible solutions may include a correction, replacement, partial refund, full refund or another appropriate step. Please do not throw away the product or packaging before contacting support, unless it is necessary for safety or hygiene reasons. Photos and order details help us review the issue more fairly.
