Fresh Flower Return Limitations

Fresh flowers are not the same as ordinary packaged products.
Bouquets, flower boxes and floral arrangements are delicate, time sensitive and often prepared shortly before delivery. Their condition can be affected by time, temperature, handling and the delivery environment.
Because of this, returning fresh flowers after delivery may not be possible in the same way as returning a standard product.
If you simply changed your mind after the florist accepted and prepared the order, a return or refund may not be available.
However, if there is a genuine issue with the product or delivery, you should contact Gondol support as soon as possible. This may include damaged flowers, a wrong product, missing items, a serious difference from the product description or a seller related delivery problem.
