How to Request a Refund

If you believe your order should be refunded, contact Gondol support from the order page. To help us review the request, include a clear explanation of the problem. Tell us what happened, when it happened and which part of the order was affected. If the issue is related to product quality, damage, missing items or a wrong product, please include clear photos. Photos should show the full product, close up details of the issue and the packaging if relevant. If the issue is related to delivery, include any useful information from the recipient, such as whether the courier called, whether the address was accessible or whether the product was left with another person. Gondol will review the request based on the order status, florist acceptance, preparation stage, delivery information, product type and the evidence provided. A refund request does not always mean that a refund will automatically be approved. If a refund is approved, the money will usually be returned to the original payment method.
