Order Not Delivered

If your order has not been delivered, first check the order status in your Gondol account.
Your order may still be pending florist approval, approved by the florist, being prepared, or out for delivery. Each status shows where the order is in the process.
If the order is still pending, the florist has not accepted it yet. If it is approved or preparing, the florist is working on the order. If it is out for delivery, the flowers have already been handed over for delivery to the recipient.
If the order is marked as delivered but the recipient cannot find the flowers, check whether the product was left with reception, security, a colleague, neighbour or another authorised person at the delivery address.
If the delivery cannot be located, contact Gondol support from the order page. Include the order details, recipient name, delivery address and any information from the recipient.
Gondol will review the order status and may contact the florist to check the delivery details.
If the order was not delivered because of a seller related issue, Gondol will guide you through the available solution. If delivery failed because the address was wrong, incomplete, inaccessible or the recipient was unavailable, refund options may be limited depending on the situation.
