Refund Timing

When a refund is approved, it is usually returned to the original payment method used during checkout. Refund timing may vary depending on the payment method, bank and payment provider. Some refunds may appear quickly, while others can take longer before they are visible in your account. Gondol cannot usually send the refund to a different card, account or payment method than the one used for the original payment. If your order was cancelled before florist acceptance, the refund process may be more straightforward. If the florist had already accepted the order and preparation had started, refund eligibility depends on the order situation and the reason for the request. You can check the order page for the latest status. If a refund has been approved but you still cannot see it after a reasonable processing time, contact Gondol support so we can help check the payment status.
